Recruitment FAQ’s

1. When can I apply for graduate recruitment?
Graduates can apply at any stage throughout the year and their application will be reviewed before the next scheduled recruitment of graduates.

2. What kind of training and employee development programs does Quintas Registered Auditors offer new graduates?
All of our graduates train as chartered certified or certified public accountants and/or tax consultants.  All of our new trainees are assigned to projects immediately on joining where you will work with a team of other trainees and seniors.
On the job training is a very important element of your training and you will receive support from other trainees, seniors, managers, directors and partners in this regard. It is also the responsibility of the trainee to constantly question and derive as much benefit as possible from working with qualified accountants.

Coupled with the on-the-job training there is also ongoing formal training throughout the year. These formal training sessions provide the opportunity for you to refresh the skills you have learned on the job and to learn new skills which you can apply in practical situations. As your career with us develops you will also learn key professional skills such as client management, professionalism, leadership and teamwork.

3. What degree programs / academic background does Mazars recruit from?
We accept graduates from every discipline. However a relevant degree (e.g. accounting, business, commerce) is advantageous.

4. What study benefit package does Quintas Registered Auditors offer successful applicants?
All of our graduates receive a generous bursary to cover course, affiliation and examination fees.
Graduates also receive additional annual leave for study purposes in the lead up to their professional examinations.
